By Car:
From junction 40 you will need to head west (signposted Keswick). After approximately 1 mile you will reach a roundabout, where you will need to take the second exit, signposted (A592, Ullswater). After approximtely 3 miles you will come to a T junction, where you will need to turn right. Follow this road for around 7 miles and you will find Home Farm on the first right hand side shortly after entering Patterdale. (see map below)
